So I went running and it didn’t go well at all.
After about 2km I started to feel unwell, my legs and hands were shaking. I felt weak, my forehead was suddenly sweaty and for a while I thought I’m gonna pass out.
I walked home, running didn’t fell like an option.
I have no idea what that was, I had oatmeal for breakfast and drank about 0.5l of water.
Can this be stress related? It scared me a bit, to be honest.
Does anyone know?

there ARE bad days at running. You start fresh, confident and (you think) well rested and BAM! If it happens again, see a doctor

maybe it is over exercising. I don’t know how much you exercise, but if your body thinks it is too much your endurance will suffer. Take a rest day :) good luck hun.
